JEFF DICKINSON
Thomas C. Martin is a Partner at Price Meese Shulman & D’Arminio, P.C., where he concentrates his practice in transportation law and commercial litigation. He serves as legal counsel to nationally and internationally recognized motor carriers, freight brokers, and transportation businesses on cargo loss and damage claims, risk management, and federal and state compliance. Mr. Martin is the current President of the Transportation Loss Prevention & Security Association (TLP&SA) and a recognized leader in cargo theft prevention, freight security, and loss mitigation.

Gil Feldman is a Regional Select Practice Leader at USI Insurance Services, where he advises transportation and logistics organizations on capital-efficient insurance and risk management strategies. With over a decade of experience in business management and sales, he works closely with business owners to identify risk exposure, optimize coverage, and implement solutions that support growth and long-term stability. Mr. Feldman is TRIP and MRIS certified, bringing specialized expertise in transportation risk and insurance program design.
